This certification is designed for those who already hold an AgilePM® Foundation certification or the acceptable substitutes. If you fulfil the prerequisites and would like to build on your existing Agile foundations and take a proactive role in implementing an Agile methodology into your project, then this is the course for you.
It is recommended to spend 3-5 hours on pre-course work material prior to the course. The Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner course last 4 days. There will also be homework assigned during the course.
Our accredited Agile Foundation and Practitioner course and training is in place to thoroughly prepare you for the examination. However, if you fail the Agile Foundation examination, you can re-book the exam. We advise leaving adequate time before the retake, to ensure that you are fully prepared to retake the exam. Alternatively, if you would like to explore Agile more, the Scrum certification provides a framework for using Agile practices in a less traditional, less rigid way.
