Project Manager

Because it provides a complete approach to the establishment and management of an Agile project, AgilePM® certification is designed primarily for Project Managers. This extends to those involved in an Agile project team who will be working closely alongside Project Managers, such as project staff and assistants.

 

Project Sponsors and Product Owners

Those involved at higher levels of Agile projects can also benefit from an understanding of Agile project management, including Project Owners, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and even end-users.

 

Although senior business staff may not need a full understanding of AgilePM® to the level of Practitioner, they could benefit from a general understanding provided by AgilePM® Foundation. Particularly if Agile is a new approach for the organisation, an Agile certification could help with buy-in from staff.
