This Foundation and Practitioner Change Management training course is a combined course, which allows individuals to gain both qualifications together. Change is significant because it is constantly happening within organisations, hence Change Management is all about being prepared.

Delegates will learn how to deal with change before, during, and after its implementation. Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Examinations

In order to gain the Foundation and Practitioner Change Management certification, delegates must sit two exams. The exam format is detailed below.

Change Management Foundation Exam information

The Foundation exam tests knowledge and understanding of Change Management in general. The exam is:

  • Multiple choice
  • 50 questions
  • 40 minutes long
  • Closed book

Change Management Practitioner Exam information

The Practitioner exam tests individual’s ability to apply their Change Management expertise to real circumstances. The exam is:

  • Objective testing style (multiple choice)
  • 4 questions worth 20 marks each
  • 2.5 hours long
  • Open book - delegates can take ‘The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook’ into the examination
  • Delegates need to achieve 50% in both examinations to pass.
