This Foundation and Practitioner Change Management training course is a combined course, which allows individuals to gain both qualifications together. Change is significant because it is constantly happening within organisations, hence Change Management is all about being prepared.

Delegates will learn how to deal with change before, during, and after its implementation. They will learn how to transform employee attitudes towards change, as is it often met with fear and resistance. Delegates will also enhance their communication skills, which will help them address opposition to change effectively. Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Examinations

In order to gain the full Change Management certification, delegates must sit two exams. These exams are Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner, delegates must of passed the Change Management Foundation exam before taking the Change Management Practitioner Exam.

Change Management Foundation Exam information

The Foundation exam tests knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of Change Management. 

Change Management Foundation Exam Format:

  • Type: Multiple choice
  • Total Questions: 50
  • Duration: 40 minutes
  • Pass Mark: 25/50 (50%)
  • Open Book: No
  • Supervised: Yes

Change Management Practitioner Exam information

The Practitioner exam tests an individual’s ability to apply their Change Management expertise to real circumstances.

Change Management Practitioner Exam Format:

  • Type: Objective testing based on a case study scenario 
  • Total Questions: 4 questions worth 20 marks each, totalling at 80
  • Duration: 2.5 hours
  • Pass Mark: 40 marks are required to pass (50%)
  • Open book: Yes, delegates can take ‘The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook’ into the examination
  • Supervised: Yes
