Information

The Regus center at Newcastle Quayside is situated in a prestigious riverside location close to the River Tyne. The center occupies three floors of a five-storey building with stunning Quayside views of the famous Tyne Bridge and recently built Millennium Bridge. Directly opposite the center is a landmark building recently restored called The Baltic Centre for Contempory Art. Newcastle City Centre is five minutes away and there is easy access to retail and restaurant facilities.
 

Directions

By Road:

•Exit the A1M at junction 65 onto the A1 and continue for about five miles.

•Take the A184 signposted to Gateshead/Newcastle.

•Stay in the left lane, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Askew Road - A184 (signposted Gateshead Town Centre)

•Continue forward, at traffic signals go straight ahead (signposted Newcastle)

•At next set of traffic signals take a left (signposted Newcastle)

•Continue forward onto Tyne Bridge, keep in left lane

•Branch left (signposted City Centre - South Walker A186)

•At roundabout take 4th exit onto City Road - A186 (signposted Walker, Wallsend)

•Bear right onto the A186

•Bear left on the A186 (signposted Riverside Route, Walker, Wallsend)

•At traffic signals continue forward onto Milk Market - B1600

•Continue forward onto Sandgate

•At crossroads continue forward onto St Marys Street (signposted East Quayside)

•Drive past Sandgate car park and enter next car park which is St Ann's, visitor parking on level 4

•Regus, Rotterdam House is opposite St Ann's car park down the steps on your left

The following bays in St Ann's car park are available for visitors and meeting room clients.

Fourth Floor Roof - 67 to 78 which are public bays and are unmarked.

All other bays are reserved for estate tennants and must not be parked in. Clamping is in operation.

Alternatively Quayside NCP is available on City Road which is a 5 minute walk.

By Public Transport:
