Every concept came with a concrete, memorable example and I will remember the Kodak story, the Google Maps analogy and the Arabic coffee long after I have forgotten the formal definitions. What I appreciated most was his honesty about where theory meets reality. He told us things that are not in the handbook, about organisations that claim to be agile but are waterfall driven at their core, about the failure rate of project managers who tried to become Scrum Masters, about AI not being able to replace the people-centric fundamentals of Scrum. That kind of candour is rare in a certification course and it is exactly what makes the difference between training that is useful and training that is just certifiable. He also handled delegate questions exceptionally well, thinking about the actual situation rather than recycling course content and giving practical frameworks that could be used immediately.
