AgileBA® Foundation and Practitioner Course Overview

This Agile Business Analysis Foundation and Practitioner training course is an integrated course, which enables delegates to acquire both Foundation and Practitioner certifications. Business Analysts play a crucial role within Agile environments; hence they need to possess the relevant skills, knowledge, and experience desired by organisations.

This Business Analysis training course intends to provide Business Analysts with such specialist abilities. Delegates will learn to analyse and meet the precise requirements of Agile projects. The Foundation section of the course will be taught by an instructor, whereas the Practitioner portion will consist of more practical teaching methods, to allow delegates to implement Agile Business Analysis within workplace scenarios.

This ensures knowledge is converted into practice and confirms delegate’s skill capability. This training course will teach delegates the significance of applying Agile tools and frameworks when conducting Agile projects. Delegates will be able to assess and understand stakeholder requirements, which is vital in achieving business performance improvements. The Agile Business Analysis Foundation section of the course will take 3 days to complete, then on the final day will focus on the Agile Business Analysis Practitioner content.

We recommend Agile Business Analyst Handbook manual (ISBN No: 978-0992872786) prior to the course to accompany your learning. But it is not included in course fees.
