Certified Digital Services Project Manager Examination

 

Passing the Certified Service Desk Project Manager examination will prove your knowledge of the basic concepts and terminology associated with Digital Service Principles, and demonstrate to employers your understanding of and willingness to manage projects in a digital environment. 

 

CDSPM Exam Format:

  • A multiple-choice examination
  • The paper contains 40 questions
  • 60 minute duration
  • A supervised examination
  • The pass mark is 65%, or 24 out of 40
