My only criticism (perhaps more of the course itself rather than the trainer) is that this was initially sold to us as a five day course, but it turned out to be four days. I personally felt like there was a considerable amount of information to digest, all crammed into four days which left little time in between for discussion about how the methodology applies to us as an organisation. I think five days would be better.
