Certified HR Advisor Training Course Overview
The primary role of the Human Resources Advisor is to efficiently support the work of the HR Manager and supervise day-to-day HR operations. The HR Advisor is an important contributor to the HR team due to their flexibility and knowledge that can be passed onto others in the team. Day-to-day operations include a vast array of tasks, and so individuals wishing to pursue this career must be aware of the extent of their responsibilities. During this two-day course with The Knowledge Academy, delegates will be trained in all the relevant areas of Human Resources applicable to this role.
Using knowledge gained from this certification, HR Advisors can support and advise on issues or activities relating to several HR areas, such as Administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Learning and Development. A competent HR Advisor must understand all these areas and must be able to strike the correct balance between them. For example, HR Advisors may be required to support the HR Manager with developing engagement strategies, as well as helping with recruitment and workforce activity planning. Furthermore, HR Advisors must have a comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and the ability to apply this to HR practice. This is a thorough training course, which will cover each area in sufficient depth to ensure success in this role.
