New Jersey is a state in the north east of the US, it is nick named “The Garden State”. It is one of the smallest states in the US but has a population of nearly 9 million people which makes it the 11^th most populated. They are also charged with helping to decrease the dropout rate in New Jersey schools by around 15%. Another aim of this committee is to increase the amount of money that is being devoted to schools in the area. Princeton University is the top university in the state of New Jersey. It is a private Ivy League research university. It is the 11^th highest ranked university in the world and is the 6^th best university in the United States.
