First Aid at Work Course Overview

This 1 day First Aid at Work course will prepare delegates to be able to successfully administer first aid when a colleague needs medical attention within the workplace. Throughout the course, candidates will learn about a variety of scenarios where first aid will need to be executed and how this should be completed safely. These scenarios include; CPR, choking, bleeding, identifying suspected spinal injuries, anaphylactic shock, managing diabetic issues, asthma, and administering aspirin. The course will be trainer-led and will be made up of theory, as well as practical role play. This will provide candidates with an interactive method of learning that will allow them to obtain all the necessary information they need to become a competent first aider. In addition, it will make the course engaging and enjoyable for the candidates.
