Enterprise Integration Fundamentals Training Overview

Enterprise Integration Fundamentals is the first in a series of Integration Training courses we offer in association with Glue Reply. It brings together their 20 years of experience in working with leading enterprises and training individuals to function as Integration Practitioners.

This course is geared towards those with a basic technical background who want to learn more about integration, how it is successfully delivered and would like a start on their journey towards their desired role.

It starts off by explaining what integration is and why it is so important to the functioning of any modern organisation. From there it moves on to the different approaches to integration over time and what is now regarded as best practice. A comprehensive overview of all the areas of an Integration capability is provided, from its delivery lifecycle and associated roles and responsibilities to a reference architecture for all the required functions.

The second day of the course is focused on providing a more in-depth understanding of the different technologies and technical standards involved and the considerations in selecting, deploying, and using them.

The city recently opened an academy, Samworth Enterprise Academy, to improve the city's education system. Leicester also provides universities for students who wish to continue their education. The University of Leicester which was established in 1957 and is now ranked 12^th in Britain's leading universities; it has over 2,400 students attending and over 2,000 academic staff. It is also home to De Montfort University which opened in 1969. The university now contains over 21,000 students and is ranked one of the top 10 business schools in the UK.
