What is APMP?
APM (Association for Project Management) has a course specifically tailored for it that focuses on project management processes and concepts.
Any project that may be directly related to business change apply when it comes to these processes regardless of the environment or of the organization structure.
The entire syllabus and content of this course is based on the APM Body of Knowledge (APMBoK) which itself is a representation of the topics in which professionals in project management should have a competent knowledge of.
Highly experienced project management trainers will deliver all of the classes, although class participation is expected and is an important part of the learning process. Different methods such as activity and case study will be employed to enable delegates to explore various project management issues via the practical application of key concepts and by engaging in group discussions.
