The Oracle Database 11g Release 2 Part II course will enable delegates to learn and understand how to implement a backup and recovery strategy using Recovery Manager.

 

After successfully completing this course, delegates will be able to learn how to plan a backup strategy when an issue happens, alter databases to archive log and no archive log modes, use the recovery manager tool and many other fundamental skills.

 

Other techniques that delegates will learn include using flashback technology to diagnose and repair a database, reviewing database logs, automating management tasks and much more.

  • Using Recovery Manager to perform backups and restorations

Prerequisites

You should have a good understanding of Oracle SQL and have previously attended our Oracle Database 11g Release 2 Part I course.
