PRINCE2 training is the industry standard for project management. There are a good variety of professional PRINCE2 courses that The Knowledge Academy can provide for you. The PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course is the most popular one to take however, you also can take both courses separately. If you are looking to renew your certificate we also deliver the PRINCE2 Practitioner re-registration courses.

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner

The Knowledge Academy also gives you the option to take the foundation and PRINCE2 practitioner course combined so you can complete the whole course within just one week. During the training, you will take the foundation course on the first 3-days and then take the PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate during the last 2 days. The Knowledge Academy provides all PRINCE2 courses worldwide.

PRINCE2 Foundation

The foundation course has been designed to prepare you to pass the foundation exam. During the training, you will be able to learn the basic principles of PRINCE2, how to start up a project process, how to direct a project process, how to manage a product delivery process and many more skills. The 3-day qualification also includes an exam which has 75 multiple choice questions, where you will need to complete over 50% of them correctly to pass.

PRINCE2 Practitioner

The PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is the most advanced course out of the PRINCE2 courses. The qualification lasts for 2 days and will help you to enhance your knowledge of the PRINCE2 methodologies and use them in projects. The course will provide you with the tools to pass the PRINCE2 practitioner exam which includes classroom based training, course materials and the practitioner exam itself.

Please note that you have to pass the foundation course before taking the PRINCE2 practitioner qualification.

PRINCE2 Agile

Changes have been made so that you no longer require the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, to take this course. The training involves using both PRINCE2 and AgilePM methodologies so help grow your knowledge within project management.
