The BCS Foundation Certificate in Organisational Behaviour provides an entry level qualification to the delegates so that they can gain an understanding of the complex factors which designs the way of working of the organisations. It comprises of the organisational design and operating models, group and individual performance, as well as culture and behaviour principles.

This Organisational Behaviour (OB) can be defined as the study of human behaviour in organisational settings, the human behavior and the organisational interface, and the organisation itself. Organisational Behaviour researchers study the individuals’ behaviour mainly in their organisational roles. One of the main objectives of organisational behaviour is to rejuvenate organisational theory and develop a better organisational life concepts.
