You should have set up or have access to Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and Pinterest accounts before attending.

The course includes 1 day of classroom training from an expert instructor, courseware book including slides, and a certificate of achievement upon completion.
No, the course does not include an exam, and no exam is required to complete the course or receive a certificate.
Your instructor will be a marketing expert with plenty of experience initialising and running social media campaigns.
The course will begin at 9am and finish at 5pm.
