There are also 14 charter schools and 15 private schools. The universities and colleges within Tucson can vary from private to public. Currently there are 13 institutions within Tucson however some universities are not based within the area but have branch or satellite campuses, for example the University of Phoenix which has four campus and the Pima Community college which has ten campuses, other institutions include the Art Institute of Tucson, The Art Center Design College, Brown Mackie College, Arizona State University's College of Public Service & Community Solutions, Prescott College and the University of Arizona. All the universities and colleges offer different degrees and programs, within a number of different subjects which depends on the institution.
