The MoP® approach to the management of change projects and programmes is covered in detail to ensure that delegates acquire a comprehensive understanding of MoP® and its uses within businesses. You'll learn about MoP® practice methods, approaches, and strategic change principles. The MoP® Foundation exam is included and is taken online.
Delegates will be trained to be able to deliver successful, cost-effective, and high-quality programmes and projects by ensuring effectual communication.
As this course is classified at the Beginner level, teaching is tailored to those who may have little prior knowledge of Portfolio Management. Our MoP® Foundation training course supplies delegates with a selection of principles, practices and techniques that are used to initiate or renew Portfolio Management within a business.
The MoP® methodology is taught in detail, to educate candidates in the basics of MoP®. The methodology provides a clear view of what is included within the portfolio, how much it is costing, the risks involved, objectives, progression, and the impact on the day-to-day running of the business.
