Virtualisation technology is used to create virtual versions of physical computer objects, including hardware and storage devices. This Introduction to Virtualisation Technologies course is designed to provide knowledge of virtualisation technologies. Delegates will learn how to install Hyper-V and create a virtual machine with Hyper-V.
During this course, delegates will gain knowledge of how to allocate processors and memory to a VM by using VMware Workstation, and be familiarised with VirtualBox and OpenStack. By the completion of this course, delegates will understand different file systems and will be able to troubleshoot network communication.
