CCNP Wireless Training Overview

Our Cisco CCNP Wireless course combines training for all four of the exams required for CCNP Security certification into one 15-day package, providing the ideal way to prepare for this valuable addition to your career.

The course is split into four sections, each covering material for a different exam: Designing Cisco Wireless Enterprise Networks (WIDESIGN), Deploying Cisco Wireless Enterprise Networks (WIDEPLOY), Troubleshooting Cisco Wireless Enterprise Networks (WITSHOOT), and Securing Cisco Wireless Enterprise Networks (WISECURE).

CCNP Wireless certification demonstrates the skills of wireless professionals in designing, implementing and securing Cisco Wireless networks which conform to network business requirements and lead to successful business outcomes. Certification is gained through passing all four exams and possessing CCNA Wireless or CCIE certification.

CCNP Wireless Exams

The course prepares learners for four exams, each covering a different area of Cisco Wireless networking. Exams are not included and must be booked separately through Pearson VUE.

Designing Cisco Wireless Enterprise Networks (300-360 WIDESIGN)

This exam tests the ability to identify customer and application requirements, apply wireless design principles and conduct site surveys to design and optimise Enterprise wireless networks. It is formatted as follows:

  • 90 minutes duration
  • 60-70 questions
  • Multiple question types

Deploying Cisco Wireless Enterprise Networks (300-365 WIDEPLOY)

This exam tests knowledge of implementing wireless networks based on the applicable Cisco controller and Unified switching architectures that support high availability, QoS, multicast, and mobility services. It is formatted as follows:

  • 90 minutes duration
  • 60-70 questions
  • Multiple question types

Troubleshooting Cisco Wireless Enterprise Networks (300-370 WITSHOOT)

This exam tests knowledge of troubleshooting and optimising Enterprise wireless infrastructure and related services. It is formatted as follows:

  • 90 minutes duration
  • 60-70 questions
  • Multiple question types

Securing Wireless Enterprise Networks (300-375 WISECURE)

This exam tests knowledge of implementing client device security, identity-based authentication and services, and securing and monitoring an Enterprise wireless infrastructure. It is formatted as follows:

  • 90 minutes duration
  • 60-70 questions
  • Multiple question types
