He try to his best for minute taking skills.

It seemed most of us wanted to know more about Copilot and the pm session could have been broken down into smaller sections. An hour and 10 minutes of the trainer talking with no interaction at all was difficult especially after lunch! During the session, the trainer could have checked in more regularly that everybody understood. Not enough on the role of the chair who would be the main driver of a successful meeting and should summarize key points for the minute taker, considering various personalities attending the meeting. For delegates just starting out taking minutes - Copilot should be their friend. Tips on 'how to focus' especially 3 hour plus meetings...rather than just saying 'focus'! Perhaps sending out a from prior to the course could determine what stages delegates were at and specifically what they hoped to gain from the course, may have helped tailor the course better
