Great interaction, good pace adjusting to the group's needs and preferences. Really liked the use of examples to bring concepts to life, either those from Cat or from the group that were expanded on. Good mix of breakouts and in session content. Overall a really valuable training experience with good balance of learning what is needed for the exam and practical use of the concepts. A couple of constructive points: The instructions and templates for the breakout sessions in some instances were a little broad and meant we didn't focus on what was expected judging from the completed example shared afterwards. Clearer direction on the output would have helped focus further. It might also have been helpful to get a fuller understanding from each attendee of their experience level with agile early on, which might have then made it easier to tailor content further. Perhaps a quick anonymous survey encouraging those who don't have knowledge to be honest (it can be a bit daunting!), however this didn't affect the learning experience at all and Cat was really accommodating throughout.

Cat used examples from her career and hobbies applying Agile PgM that were not software focus which a colleague found a challenge when doing the course with another provider. This made the course relatable and easier to see how it would apply to the types of programmes I am likely to manage
