I enjoyed the 3 days we spent learning with Cat. She is a friendly and well organized trainer, she navigated the content with confidence and was able to take us all on the journey, in spite of our group's mixed experiences.
Cat has been phenomenal at keeping the whole audience engaged, very often referring to comments made by someone days ago. She also keep illustrative concepts which was very useful to me.
She remained positive and never was short of energy! Thank you for everything Cat!
Cat is a brilliant trainer and I would highly recomment her to anyone - she took the time to get to know everyone on the course and when working through the course she made it relatable and used examples as to how this could work in reality. Great interaction, good pace adjusting to the group's needs and preferences. Really liked the use of examples to bring concepts to life, either those from Cat or from the group that were expanded on. Good mix of breakouts and in session content. Overall a really valuable training experience with good balance of learning what is needed for the exam and practical use of the concepts.
A couple of constructive points:
The instructions and templates for the breakout sessions in some instances were a little broad and meant we didn't focus on what was expected judging from the completed example shared afterwards. Clearer direction on the output would have helped focus further.
It might also have been helpful to get a fuller understanding from each attendee of their experience level with agile early on, which might have then made it easier to tailor content further. Perhaps a quick anonymous survey encouraging those who don't have knowledge to be honest (it can be a bit daunting!), however this didn't affect the learning experience at all and Cat was really accommodating throughout.
Cat was great. Really engaging and made a point of building great rapport in the group and making us feel comfortable. Cat used examples from her career and hobbies applying Agile PgM that were not software focus which a colleague found a challenge when doing the course with another provider. This made the course relatable and easier to see how it would apply to the types of programmes I am likely to manage

My trainer, Cat Allen, did a great job and made my Agile Programme Management course really enjoyable to attend. She created a pleasant learning atmosphere, encouraged participation in course related discussions in a way everyone was included as much as they wanted to be. She also provided additional, well structured learning resources and helped us to focus and revise regularly, using digital tools - e.g. Kahoot. I am grateful to Cat for her work with us and would thoroughly recommend her as a great teacher to anyone who is keen to learn and achieve good results.

The training was exceptionally well delivered, with the instructor explaining each concept clearly and ensuring that every participant could follow along with ease. Practical examples were woven seamlessly into the sessions, helping us connect theory with real‑world application.
What truly elevated the experience was the collaborative environment the instructor fostered. The use of Kahoot added an element of fun and friendly competition, making the learning process both enjoyable and memorable.

Overall, the training session was highly enjoyable, insightful, and well‑structured—an experience that combined learning with enthusiasm in the best possible way.
