Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for this Six Sigma Master Black course. This is because Six Sigma Yellow belt, Green Belt and Black Belt are all included within this training course. Reviewing notes from the Black Belt training course will be of use to candidates as this will allow for a refreshed understanding of Six Sigma terminology, methodology and its application to the workplace setting. There will be 2-3 hours of evening work is required consisting of revision, research, and exercises.
