RESILIA® Practitioner Exam Resit Outline

The outcomes of the RESILIA Practitioner exam are as follows:

• Be able to carry out risk management
• Be able to manage the controls relevant to cyber resilience strategy and align these with IT service management
• Be able to manage the controls relevant to cyber resilience design and align these with IT service management
• Be able to manage the controls relevant to cyber resilience transition and align these with IT service management
• Be able to manage the controls relevant to cyber resilience operation and align these with IT service management
• Be able to manage the controls relevant to cyber resilience continual improvement and align these with IT service management
• Be able to evaluate need for segregation of duties and dual controls

Classroom Exam Information

Please arrive 30 minutes before the exam start time, unfortunately, late comers will not be permitted to enter the exam once it has commenced.

You will need to bring the following to the exam:

• Photo ID (a passport or driving licence)
• 2 pencils
• Eraser
• Sharpener 

Online Exam Information

The exam is taken through a remote proctor, PeopleCert. You’ll be able to pick a date and time slot which is most convenient to you.

The system requirements for the exam are as follows:

• Windows® 10, Windows® 8.1, Windows® 8, Windows® 7
• Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)
• Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of 512/512 kbps (up/down)
• 16-bit monitor (at least 15”) with screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher
• Speakers and microphone
• Keyboard and mouse or another pointing device
• A single web camera (embedded or external) you can rotate.

You will also need to present photo ID to verify your identity before the exam.

• Understand the purpose of cyber resilience strategy, the associated control objectives and their interactions with ITSM activities
• Understand the purpose of cyber resilience design, the associated control objectives and their interactions with ITSM activities
• Understand the purpose of cyber resilience transition, the associated control objectives and their interactions with ITSM activities
• Understand the purpose of cyber resilience operation, the associated control objectives and their interactions with ITSM activities
