SAFe® consists of structured guidance on planning and managing work, roles and responsibilities, and values to uphold. It supports collaboration, alignment, and delivery across a vast number of Agile teams. This training provides aspiring candidates with SAFe® guidance for workflow and organisational patterns, as well as managing Agile work. By empowering high-performance teams, SAFe® helps to improve time-to-market, quality, and productivity. Individuals with SAFe® knowledge and certification will enhance their skillset and career opportunities at higher designations.

This 2-day Certified Scaled Agile Framework Leading SAFe® 6.0 Training and Exam course provides a thorough understanding of SAFe® as an operating system for business agility and its core competencies. While attending this training session, delegates will become familiar with the Agile Manifesto, including individuals and interactions over processes and tools along with working software over comprehensive documentation. They will also get familiar with Lean portfolio management that delivers solutions to customers either internal or external to the enterprise. Our highly knowledgeable instructor with years of teaching experience will conduct this course and make delegates familiar with product owner duties.

Certified Scaled Agile Framework Leading SAFe® 6.0 Exam information

The exam for the Leading SAFe® course is called SAFe 6.0 Agilist Exam. It’s a web-based exam that is provided by Scaled Agile. The fee for the exam in included in this course even though you do not do it with us. Successful completion of the exam will give you a one-year membership to the SAFe® Community Platform, which includes access to the SA Community of Practice. The exam can be taken up to 30 days after completing the course. The exam consists of:

Exam format: Multiple Choice.
Total exam questions: 45 questions.
Passing score: 35 out 45 (77%).
Exam delivery: Web-based (single-browser), Closed book, no outside assistance and timed.
Exam retake policy: Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.

SAFe 6.0 Agilist Exam Prerequisites

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification exam:

5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management.
Experience in Scrum.

Candidates must have attended an accredited Leading SAFe® course prior to taking the exam.
