- most appropriate model
- Processes to implement or re-energise a P3O
- Tools and techniques used by a P3O
- Purpose and major responsibilities of the defined roles
P3O Foundation Classroom Exam Information
Please arrive 30 minutes before the exam start time; unfortunately, late comers will not be permitted to enter the exam once it has commenced.
You will need to bring the following to the exam:
- Photo ID (a passport or driving licence)
- 2 pencils
- Eraser
- Sharpener
P3O Foundation Online Exam Information
The exam is taken through a remote proctor, PeopleCert. You’ll be able to pick a date and time slot which is most convenient to you.
The system requirements for the exam are as follows:
- Windows® 10, Windows® 8.1, Windows® 8, Windows® 7
- Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)
- Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of 512/512 kbps (up/down)
- 16-bit monitor (at least 15”) with screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher
- Speakers and microphone
- Keyboard and mouse or another pointing device
- A single web camera (embedded or external) you can rotate.
You will also need to present photo ID to verify your identity before the exam.

This P3O® Course is open to anyone who has previously taken the P3O Foundation exam and not passed, or who has sat a P3O Foundation Training Course and is looking to sit the exam.
