Travel agents assist their clients in travel, transportation, lodging and touring arrangements. Most of the travel agencies need capable travel agents to start as reservation clerks or travel receptionists before becoming agents. Travel agents also manage trip planning for a single person as well as the whole organisations. For this purpose, they book flights for their clients, find appropriate accommodations for them at their destination, assist them in arranging transportation options and suggest them on local attractions. In this role, they may handle some or all of these needs for clients aspiring them to take a trip overseas.

They may also make customised tour packages and offer them to interested clients in this role. They may further work in a specific field, like offering travel agent services to people travelling overseas for leisure.

In this 1-day training, delegates will gain knowledge of basic concepts of a Travel Agent Masterclass. This course enhances the knowledge of delegates related to the travel industry. This training will cover various concepts, such as:
