Prerequisites

Re-registration candidates must have achieved a pass at the P3O®  Practitioner examination. Also, candidates must submit their candidate registration number of their expired Practitioner certification.

This course is recommended for any P3O® Practitioner holders who wish to renew their knowledge of P3O after 3-5 years of holding the P3O Practitioner status.

P3O® Practitioner status should be re-registered every 3 to 5 years via the P3O® Re-Registration examination; this course and exam is specifically aimed at those wishing to re-register their P3O® Practitioner status.

P3O® Re-Registration Examination 

This exam:

• Confirms knowledge and understanding of P3O®
• Focuses on the ability to design, implement, manage, and work in a P3O® office
• Two questions, with a scenario background
• Each of the two questions is worth 20 marks
• 40 marks in total
• 30 minutes to complete the exam
• Open book – the P3O® guide is allowed
• The pass mark is 50%, 20 marks required out of a possible 40
• The pass rate is 98%

P3O® Practitioner Examination Information

The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether you have achieved sufficient knowledge and understanding of the P3O guidance to design, implement, manage, or work within any component office of a P3O model.

The P3O Practitioner exam format:

• Question Type: Objective testing
• Total Questions: 4 questions, worth 20 marks each - 80 marks in total
• Duration: 150 minutes
• Open Book: Yes, the P3O® guide is allowed
• Pass Mark: 50% (40 out of 80)
