Delegates must possess the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in order to attend this training course. The Green Belt qualification can be obtained with The Knowledge Academy.
We will provide you with some reading to do before the course begins. We also recommend revising the Yellow and Green course material in order to restore prior knowledge. You will also need a laptop with a copy of Minitab 16 or later installed. A 30 day version is available, so details of how to install this will feature in your pre-course package. You must ensure that you download Minitab at the correct time so that you have it for the duration of the course. Please note that Minitab is not currently compatible with Macs.
This Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade course is designed for Green Belt certification holders who wish to upgrade to the Black Belt. The Black Belt is a highly sought-after certification, which demonstrates Lean Six Sigma expertise and individual ability to control and guide business development projects using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) model.
This Black Belt Upgrade training course focuses on the practical application of Lean Six Sigma that delegates can implement to their own businesses without much adjustment. The Trainer has very good knowledge, patience, convincingly answers to the question during the training. will maintain the time, gives the time for revision of topic, very approachable, interactive. The only thing I would recommend is, training material was much theoretical there should be much more example for each topic so that it will be very easy to understand the topic.
