This Agile Business Analysis Practitioner training course is designed for those looking to enhance their expert Business Analyst status. This course would particularly benefit Agile Business Analysis Foundation certification holders, and current and aspiring Business Analysts.
Delegates must hold the Agile Business Analysis Foundation certification.
This Agile Business Analysis Practitioner training course enables delegates to implement and tailor Agile Business Analysis principles, philosophy, and framework to real workplace situations. Essentially, delegates will learn how to apply the knowledge they acquired at the Foundation level.
This Business Analysis training course will focus on applying Agile techniques to example projects, whereby delegates will be able to test, measure, and assess the benefits such Agile projects will produce.
Delegates will also develop their understanding of the devices used for facilitation and support within Agile projects. They will also work out how to use Agile approaches for arranging and directing requirements.
