Certified Project and Programme Management (CPPM) Course Overview

Our Certified Project and Programme Management (CPPM) training course ensures that delegates learn how to become pivotal managers, oversee an entire project-based programme, and acquire skills to lead niche projects.

Projects and programmes worldwide require competent and confident managers to lead them to success. Both are necessary in driving business improvement, gaining benefits, and producing deliverables. Thus, our globally recognised CPPM qualification ensures delegates emerge as accomplished individuals, capable of efficiently directing projects and programmes. Project and programme managers are desired, whilst experience and training are key, hence this course is perfect for individuals looking to develop their managerial abilities.

In just two days, our proficient trainers will transfer their exceptional knowledge to delegates. Our instructors have years of experience in the field and are renowned globally for the high quality of their teaching.

Whilst educating delegates of the required roles, attributes, and skills needed to be an effective project and programme manager, this extensive course will ensure that individuals are able to appreciate the differences between the two management methodologies, to adapt their managerial approach to the situational requirements. Large projects can often be made up of several smaller projects, which are reliant on one another. When this happens, the arrangement of projects becomes a programme.

Additionally, this comprehensive course educates delegates from both a theoretical and practical perspective, to ensure that they can guide successful programmes, through appreciating versatility and confronting adversity when projects or programmes do not adhere to their original plan.

This CPPM course will cover a great level of detail, helping delegates to boost their career prospects, become certified professionals, and be able to work successfully within the field of project and/or programme management - a much sought-after role across a variety of industries.
