Halifax (otherwise known as the ‘Halifax Regional Municipality’) is the capital of Nova Scotia in Canada. Halifax has a population of around 410,000 people, most of which are based in the urban area of Halifax Harbour. Because of the number of universities and colleges, and their highness in quality, Halifax is seen a hub of youth culture.
