This Earned Value™ Management Foundation course is designed for individuals who would like to learn how use Earned Value™ Management. It would be especially beneficial for Project, Programme, and Business Management professionals who need or intend to use Earned Value™ Management within their role.
There are no prerequisites for undertaking this Earned Value™ Management Foundation course.
This Earned Value™ Management Foundation 2 day course aims to give delegates an introduction to the concepts, benefits, principles, and processes of Earned Value™ Management. The course will also teach candidates how to implement Earned Value™ Management within best practice guidelines. This will enable delegates to effectively assess what aspects of the project are working with a productive outcome and whether the project goals are being met. Therefore, candidates will have the ability to apply Earned Value™ Management to specific scenarios, however they may not be able to apply it effectively to their own projects. In order to do this successfully, candidates must complete the Practitioner level of Earned Value™ Management.
