Hamilton is a city located in Ontario, Canada. It is a densely populated city, with around 520,000 people residing and is the ninth largest in Canada. Hamilton is a popular location for TV and film productions, and therefore has a thriving arts and culture community, and is also home to the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum and the Canadian Football of Hall of Fame. Hamilton has a large amount of universities, the biggest being the Mohawk College, specialising in arts and technology, which caters to around 10,000 full time students, 40,000 part time students and around 3,000 apprentices. The McMaster University has around 30,000 students, who mostly come from the surrounding areas of Hamilton. Hamilton is home to the largest boarding school in Canada, Columbia International College which has around 1700 students including many international pupils.
