This course focuses on four key areas: definition, planning, scheduling, and monitoring and control to provide delegates with the knowledge of key terms and techniques they need to plan and deliver projects. Delegates will also learn requirements management, types of hierarchical breakdown structures, key handover and closeout terms, Critical Path Analysis (CPA), risk management, and many more topics.
