Some of the universities and colleges within Salt Lake City includes the LDS Business College, Westminster College, University of Utah, The Art Institute of Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake Community College. The University of Utah is renowned for the medical and research programs they run as well as holding the first artificial heart transplant within 1982 and it also worked alongside three other universities with ARPANET in 1969 where pioneer Ivan Sutherland had moved within the Computer Science department.
