There are no prerequisites and it is recommended for team leaders, supervisors, and managers who have had no prior training. This Successful People Management and Team Leadership course shall enable delegates to understand the role of a manager and a leader, establish clear objectives and performance standards in your team, motive your team to deliver results, plans and prioritise workload, and effectively communicate.
