This course is suited to individuals who are qualified Six Sigma Black Belts and wish to advance their understanding even further.

Prerequisites

It is required that delegates have previously attained the Six Sigma Black Belt qualification to enrol on this course.

Reviewing notes from the Black Belt training course will be of use to candidates as this will allow for a refreshed understanding of Six Sigma terminology, methodology and its application to the workplace setting.

Delegates will be required to bring along a laptop that has up to date Minitab statistical computer software. The trial version of Minitab lasts for a period of 30 days, so it is possible to time the download so that it remains active for the duration of this course.
