Who should attend this Lean Six Sigma Training Course?

The Master Black Belt training course is intended for holders of the Black Belt certification who wish to build on their existing Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. This is because Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black are included within this training course. We will send you a pre-course pack containing some reading that you should complete. Before the course begins, delegates will need to install Minitab 16 on a laptop that they need to bring to the training course. A 30-day trial version is available, so instructions on how to install this programme will be in your pre-course package. Please ensure that you time your installation of Minitab correctly so that you have it for the duration of the training course. Please note, Minitab is not available on Macs. Delegates should expect to engage in 2-3 hours of work per evening, which will consist of research, exercises, and revision.
