The foundation trainer was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and accurate in pacing the training. I can't comment on the practitioner trainer as he fell ill and a substitute was provided last minute. Unfortunately we only had the training for 1 day and the following day was a self-study day which is quite disappointing as I feel I didn't get the preparation that is required for the practitioner exam
