P3O® Foundation and Practitioner Course - this P3O® course delineates the constituents of an effective portfolio office, whilst educating candidates on how to effectively contribute to, and manage, an office adhering to the P3O® model.
P3O® Foundation Course - this P3O® course educates candidates on how to effectively contribute to an office operating and following within the P3O® model. Candidates will become aware of how a portfolio office operates, the constituents of a successful portfolio, and the informed basis required before decisions can be made. Candidates must pass the P3O® Foundation exam prior to undertaking the Practitioner exam
P3O® Practitioner Course - this P3O® training course enables individuals to design, implement, and manage an office, and/or a component of an office, that is aligned with the P3O® model. The Practitioner course has a central foci on improving projects and programmes in order to enhance their business value and continuation, whilst understanding when a project should be abandoned.
P3O® Re-registration Course - the status of a Registered Practitioner expires after 5 years. Hence, candidates that wish to maintain their certification must take this Re-registration course. The course itself covers a range of topics including P3O® roles and responsibilities, business cases, and tailoring the model, and allows candidates to revisit any knowledge-deficient areas.
