Bellevue is a city in the state of Washington, it has an estimated population of 122,000 people. In 2008 the city was voted as the best place to live and launch a business. The name of the city mean “Beautiful View” in French. Education in the USA is provided by both public and private schools, and is mandatory until the age of 16.
