Who should attend this Agile Training Course?

This course is suitable for anybody who wishes to gain an understanding and certification of the basics of Agile methodologies. Applicants of the course can be new to the industry all the way to highly experienced project managers.

Prerequisites

AgilePM® Foundation has no prerequisites.

Pre-course material is sent out to all delegates prior to the course. This will need to be completed before arriving at the course. 

Agile Project Management Foundation Course Overview

This 3-day course is an introduction to the Agile methodology and provides the training and examination for the AgilePM® Foundation certification (APMG accredited). Our qualified trainers will guide you through the programme so that you shall acquire the skills to work competently and proficiently, as part of a team, on an Agile project.

Agile training centres on continual iterative feedback, at regular intervals, to allow for frequent refinement of a project. Thus, meaning that it deflects from the traditional project management methodologies of following a rigid plan and instead permits customer collaboration and is welcome to change.

• Duration: 40 Minutes.
• Supervised: Yes.
• Material Allowed: None, this is a 'closed book' exam.
• Pass Mark: 25/50 (50%).

Your certificate is received within two weeks of APMG receiving your exam paper.
