Prerequisites
It is necessary for delegates to have attended the MoP® Foundation course and passed the associated exam to take this MoP® Practitioner course.
The MoP® Practitioner course requires delegates to undertake around fifteen hours of pre-course reading and a minimum of two hours evening work each day, assigned by the instructor.
MoP® Practitioner Course Overview
The MoP® Practitioner training course is an intermediate course which can be attended by those who have already gained the MoP® Foundation qualification and wish to advance their knowledge further. This course emphasises how to tailor and apply the MoP® practice to a live portfolio. It is taught in an intensive manner, providing delegates with a wealth of knowledge in a brief period. The MoP® Practitioner exam is included.
Training sessions are delivered in an engaging and interactive manner enabling delegates to enjoy their learning experience. After attending this training course, delegates will have gained the ability to analyse portfolio documentation and data, advise on the implementation of best practice techniques, and apply the methodology to live business portfolios.
