Prerequisites

Delegates must possess the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in order to attend this training course. The Green Belt qualification can be obtained with The Knowledge Academy.

We will provide you with some reading to do before the course begins. We also recommend revising the Yellow and Green course material in order to restore prior knowledge. You will also need a laptop with a copy of Minitab 16 or later installed. A 30 day version is available, so details of how to install this will feature in your pre-course package. You must ensure that you download Minitab at the correct time so that you have it for the duration of the course. Please note that Minitab is not currently compatible with Macs.
