The city is very ethnically diverse with the largest ethnic group being the Zulus. There are around 27.9% of the population that are unemployed.Durban has several private schools within the city including, Al Falaah College, Clifton School, Crawford College, Crawford College and Deutsche Schule Durban.The University of KwaZulu-Natal has around 37,000 students enrolled within the five campuses. There are four colleges within the university including, Agriculture, Engineering and Science, Health Sciences and Law and Management Studies.
