In addition to this, the Universidade Nacional de Timor-Leste is situated in Dili. The Universidade Nacional de Timor-Leste is Timor-Leste’s major institution of higher education. The University was established in 2000, and has five faculties providing education in the key areas of political science, economics, agriculture, engineering and education and teacher training to over 6,000 students.
