With a population of over 540,000, Gothenburg is the second largest city in Sweden, and is located along Sweden’s West coast, near Kattegat. There are two universities in Gothenburg, the University of Gothenburg which has over 25,000 students and the Chalmers University of Technology renowned for its technological innovation and progress. Gothenburg is also known for its many museums such as the Gothenburg Museum of Art and the Museum of World Culture.
